We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be in dispatch.

Are your products in stock and ready to ship?
Yes, all items shown as available on our website are in stock and ready for dispatch unless marked otherwise. In rare cases, slight delays may occur — we'll always notify you promptly.

How long does delivery take?

My package hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your expected delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please check your tracking info first. Then contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return your item for a full refund or exchange, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, simply contact our us at info@prettylantern.co.uk team with your order number. We'll provide you with a return label and clear instructions.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
